O2C does not hold any card information on its site either temporarily or permanently. Upon agreement to these conditions you will be transferred directly to a payment gateway hosted entirely on the St George Bank website. The bank undertakes all security and transaction approval. However should you ever provide this information direct to O2C, O2C will:

1. not disclose, give (other than to the Bank or unless required by law), buy, sell or exchange a Cardholder's name or Card details to any person;
2. use reasonable care to detect unauthorised use of a Card;
3. store Card information securely both physically and virtually and to take all steps to prevent the unauthorised use of such information;
4. without limiting paragraph (c), not store Card information on the same system that is used for electronic communications, particularly modem, external network and Internet related communications; and
5. without limiting paragraph (c), to protect access to Card information, on networks used by the Merchant, by password and restrict use of the password to trusted and appropriate staff.

Payments and Refund Policy

Tournament Entry

O2C is committed to providing the chess playing public an accessible, affordable and value for money tournament. In line with this commitment, O2C maintain the following payments and refund policy.

To secure your place in the tournament you must pay in full within thirty days of registering. Should you have to withdraw from the tournament O2C will refund you 75% of the entry fee if you have provided more than 72 hours notice prior to the close of entries. We are unable to refund fees for withdrawals with less than 72 hours notice.

Transaction Receipts

Any transactions that customers will be carrying out are undertaken direct into the St George banking site. If you have filled in your email in the payment screen, you should receive an electronic receipt via email. You should contact your bank in the event that you do not receive a receipt for your transaction. You will need to provide them with the time of the transaction and details of your credit card.

Transaction Amounts

Transaction amounts are in $AUD and are automatically populated in the payment screen. GST is included in all transaction amounts. Contact O2C if you require an invoice that is GST compliant.

Privacy Statement

Any personal information provided to the Company will only be used for processing and invoicing of your transaction.
