Chess Association Membership
All players must be members of a chess association. Players who are not currently a member may join the ACT Chess Association for $15 for adults and $10 for juniors/concession prior to commencing their first round in the tournament.

Tournament Selection

Note: Players must be titled (GM, WGM, IM, WIM, FM, WFM) or have a minimum rating FIDE (1900) or ACF (1800) to play in the Premier Event. The Major requires a FIDE or ACF rating between 1400 and 2000 points. The Minor requires an ACF rating below 1600 points. The Under 1200's requires an ACF rating below 1200 points.
The 50+ tournament will not be held in 2009.
